For nearly a decade, Hamada of Japan has been a Las Vegas favorite for those seeking an authentic Japanese dining experience.
Guests enjoy a variety of sushi selections; from the California roll to the more traditional uni, or sea urchin at our popular sushi bar. Meat and seafood dishes can be cooked to order, or you can choose from an extensive menu served in the main dining room.
You can also choose to dine in our traditional Tatami Room (low table) or the authentic Teppan Room, where knife-wielding chefs artistically prepare steaks, shrimp, lobster and marinated chicken to the enthusiastic delight of diners. In characteristic Japanese fashion, dishes are beautifully presented, serving as a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
If you're having trouble deciding, the chef recommends the beef sukiyaki, shabu-shabu and seafood chicken as well as the udon noodles and tempura.
