The All New Paradise Garden Buffet

The Paradise Garden Buffet is pleased to annouce the addition of our Asian Cuisine.  Enjoy all of the new offerings including dumplings and dim sum.

Watch the playful antics of some of the Flamingo’s wildlife while enjoying a fresh feast at Paradise Garden Buffet. Enjoy a scrumptious salad and fresh fruit bar along with mounds of shrimp on ice, Snow Crab Legs at dinner and Assorted International salads. Sushi from Chef Akio is served thru lunch and dinner. The carving station serves Herb Crusted Prime Rib of Beef and Slow-Roasted Breast of Turkey. Roasted Leg of Spring Lamb is available, along with Miso Glazed Duck, Sautéed Clams and Mussels, Double Breaded Southern Fried Chicken, our Chef’s Catch of the day and more. And if you're looking for something sweet, we offer a dessert bar that includes an ice cream sundae station along with freshly baked Pies, Cakes, Pudding and Pastries from our Pastry Chef Olivier Carlos. For the early riser, our breakfast buffet includes more than 60 breakfast items: made-to-order Omelets, Honey-Glazed Ham,  Smoked Norwegian Salmon, Roasted Breakfast Sausage, Smokehouse Bacon, Buttermilk Biscuits, made-to-order Malted Waffles, Country-Fried Potatoes and Freshly baked Breakfast Pastries.

Monday thru Friday, the breakfast buffet is offered from 7am to 11am for $14.99 per person.

Monday thru Friday, the lunch buffet is offered from 11am to 4pm for $16.99 per person.

On weekends a Champagne and “Bloody Mary” brunch buffet is presented from 7am to 4pm for $24.99 per person. The first Bloody Mary is on us and we offer a vast array of toppings and mixers for the budding mixologist.

A dinner buffet is offered seven nights a week from 4pm to 10pm for $24.99 per person. (Holiday buffet and prices may vary.)

Reservations for large parties may be made for 14 or more guests during normal buffet hours, based on availability. Paradise Garden Buffet offers semi private sections that overlook the magnificent Flamingo waterfalls.  These sections can accommodate up to 100 guests. Wedding and other occasion cakes may be ordered as well.  Reservations may be made up to one year in advance by calling 702-967-4000.  Groups of 14+ are subject to a 21% service fee and sales tax.
