Guests can also create their own tableside guacamole with Carlos 'n Charlie's interactive guacamole cart, for the perfect unique blend. A selection of American favorites such as Chipotle BBQ ribs, burgers and spicy chicken wings will also be offered at this casual Flamingo Las Vegas restaurant.
Carlos ’n Charlie’s offers Flamingo Las Vegas a casual dining setting where guests are free to unwind and encouraged to dance to the tunes of the '70s, '80s and current hits of today. Partygoers can enjoy the extensive bar menu featuring margaritas, sangria and a lengthy selection of signature cocktails including the signature Paloma, a tequila-based libation with grapefruit soda topped off with a salt-rimmed glass.

Upcoming Events: Memorial Day Weekend
Carlos’n Charlies will kick-off the summer with a weekend-long fiesta at the authentic Mexican grill. Friday, May 24 through Monday, May 27, 2013. Guests will enjoy all-day drink specials and a Memorial Day party with a Mexican twist. Drink specials include two-for-one frozen margaritas and Tecate drafts with a pool wristband, $5 shot of El Jimador tequila and keep-the-shot glass, $20 open bar for ladies Friday and Saturday night starting at 10:30 p.m. and get-a-free-t-shirt when you buy a 100-ounce Bazooka. The weekend-long fiesta will feature a live DJ, balloon artist, prize giveaways and more! Guests are invited to soak up the sun, and tequila, on the outdoor patio during the day and enjoy salsa dancing in the evening.
