The beef at Center Cut Steakhouse is provided by cows that are born and raised solely in the United States and are 100 percent hormone and steroid-free. In addition to mouth-watering steaks, the menu offers a wide variety of seafood dishes and other exquisitely prepared entrées such as the ultimate steakhouse Kobe burger and rack of lamb. Rounding out the menu is an assortment of delicious salads, sides and desserts.
Center Cut is a Las Vegas steakhouse that houses a large bar and lounge area offering a robust selection of specialty martinis in addition to classic cocktails, mixed drinks and wines by the glass.
