Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Las Vegas restaurant is a multi-level Caribbean-themed entertainment venue offering two outdoor patios overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, a nautical-themed restaurant, five distinctive bars, live entertainment nightly (both indoors and outdoors) and a 3,000-square-foot retail store.
The menu at this Flamingo Las Vegas restaurant reflects the flavors of Jimmy Buffett's island travels. Margaritaville Restaurant entrees include a grilled sirloin steak topped with Hawaiian butter, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. For those who prefer seafood, fresh fish is offered daily including Mahi Mahi, Salmon and Tilapia. Fish may be grilled or blackened with a choice of sauces such as fresh pineapple salsa, Hawaiian butter and Jerk barbecue.
The signature "Cheeseburger in Paradise" at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville at Flamingo Las Vegas is a seven-ounce patty of USDA choice ground Angus beef, topped with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and a slice of red onion, served on a sesame seed bun. The award-winning burger at this Las Vegas casual dining delight is described by Buffett as "a big warm bun and a huge hunk of meat."

"Fun" is the watchword at this "party"-hearty American in the Flamingo, a "beach-themed", "wasting-the-day-away" kind of joint via musician Jimmy Buffett; it’s "priced right" and those "margaritas are mixed to perfection."
"Reminiscent of the vibrancy of a Jimmy Buffet show, Margaritaville is a lively, colorful, three-story eatery with a retail logo store at its entrance. The centerpiece of the tropically themed main floor dining room is the signature bar over which a volcano periodically deposits tequila into a huge blender."
"Parrotheads aren't the only ones flocking to this faux Caribbean paradise, an enormous three-level place with gift shop. You'll love the crunchy conch fritters, creamy corn and crab chowder and barbecued ribs marinated in guava puree.
Oh, and the margaritas aren't bad at all."
